Orange County Residential Design Trends

I had a the oppor­tu­ni­ty to vis­it new homes in Orange Coun­ty. Locat­ed in a beau­ti­ful neigh­bor­hood, just a few min­utes dri­ve out­side of Coro­na, imag­ine a pic­turesque hill­side with beau­ti­ful views of the valley. 

Fam­i­lies can enjoy the quaint out­doors and the neigh­bor­ing golf cours­es. The fab­u­lous out­door patio with a small foun­tain crates the ide­al relax­ing spot.

Mut­ed colour scheme flow­ing through this home tak­ing advan­tage of the nat­ur­al sun­light. The design is kept invit­ing and neu­tral by uti­liz­ing white cab­i­netry and an open con­cept in the kitchen.

The kitchen fur­ther empha­sizes the fam­i­ly ori­ent­ed space and allows mul­ti­ple con­nec­tions with the beau­ti­ful pri­vate out­door space.

Upstairs a sep­a­rate living/ enter­tain­ment area is a great option when mul­ti­ple enter­tain­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties are required in a family.

Cre­ate  cohe­sive inte­ri­or design by apply­ing colours through­out the home in a repeat­ing pattern.
